[SR] Signal lines appear on screen while working in Lumion

If I have understood your issue correctly, I'm guessing you're referring to the horizontal lines that you see now and then? There are a few possibilities for that issue.

 

Please follow the instructions below in this order:

1. Make sure the monitor's cable is properly plugged in its slot (HDMI or DisplayPort). Test if the 'lines' become more visible when pulling the cable.

 

2. Read your monitor's specifications (identify the manufacturer, model number, etc) and search online for data regarding the monitor's capabilities. Older screens cannot handle Lumion's Ultra Settings or they can produce artifacts when high-resolution images are scaled down to the monitor's resolution.

3. Make sure that you are using the latest driver for the Graphics Card?

4. If 3. is true, please check if the lines also appear when you run Furmark for, say, 10 minutes?

Just received an update about this problem. The monitor couldn't handle the ultra settings. The customer lowered the settings a bit and everything works fine now.
